Founding
Elma Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. was founded on 7 July 2014.
Our core purpose is to specialise in real estate valuation and consultancy and to offer our clients the highest quality of service. Over the years, thanks to our industry experience and expert team, we have always put customer satisfaction first and delivered many successful projects.
SPK
As of 13 November 2015, our company operates as a licensed valuation company authorised and supervised by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK).
BDDK
Expanding its range of services in the financial sector, our company obtained authorisation from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) on 18 February 2016 to provide valuation services to banks.
